一、              俱乐部实行会员制。凡对卡丁车运动有兴趣之人仕，均可申请成为本俱乐部的会员。会员的入会费为人民币500元（一次性纳交），年费为人民币300元。如夫妇或父子或母子任何一方是俱乐部的基本会员，则另一方入会免收入会费，只收取年费。会员必须自觉缴纳年费进行续会，超过两个月未交费续会的会员，会籍自动失效。俱乐部免费为初学会员和儿童会员提供教练指导和技术培训。

Our club practices membership. Anyone who is interested in karts can apply to be a member of our club. The membership fee for every member is RMB500, and the annual fee is RMB300. If one of the couple, father and child or mother and child is a basic member of our club, then the other needn’t to pay the membership fee, except the annual fee. Members must conscientiously pay the annual fee and continue the membership. Anyone who fails to pay the fee more than two months, the membership will be no longer in force. Our club will provide technical training for our new members and children members for free.

 二、              会员在俱乐部购票一律享受八折优惠。（须出示会员证）

Our members can receive 20% discount when he/she buys tickets at our club. (Membership card is wanted).

 三、              会员可以在俱乐部用100CC或更高马力的卡丁车和摩托车进行试车和比赛。

    Our club provides 100CC or higher horsepower karts or motorcycles for our members to have a test run or race.

 四、              俱乐部提供全新的100CC卡丁车和二手的100CC卡丁车供会员选购。全新的100CC卡丁车价格为人民币23000元/辆，二手的100CC卡丁车价格为人民币8000元/辆。会员亦可选择外带卡丁车存放在俱乐部，对于外来的卡丁车俱乐部按人民币1000元/辆收取入线费，外来的摩托车存放在俱乐部免收入线费。

Our club provides brand-new 100CC karts and second-hand 100CC kart for our members to choose and buy. The price of every brand-new 100CC kart is RMB23000, while every second-hand 100CC kart is RMB8000. Members may keep his outside kart at our club as well, but for every outside kart, our club will collect charges, which is RMB1000 for every kart. However, for the outside motorcycle, it could be kept in our club without paying.

 五、              会员购车成为车主会员后，可以参加俱乐部举办的会赛，成绩优异者，可以角逐俱乐部设有的年终大奖。另外，俱乐部还会不定期组织会员去参加去其他场地的赛事，以提高会员的赛车水平。

Every member bought a kart in our club will become our kart-owned member. And he can take part in the race, which is held by our club. Anyone who gets good result in the race can contend the Yearend Prize of our club. On the other hand, our club will invite our members to take part in the races, which is held in other competition area. 

六、              会员购买车辆或外带车辆（包括卡丁车和摩托车）入线后，赛会自动为会员车辆设置缴费账户一个，记录该车辆的修理及收费情况，车辆账户不得欠款，若欠款超过人民币2000元，俱乐部有权拒绝出车。

After the owner of the kart or motorcycle, no matters is bought in our club or from outside, decides to keep the kart or motorcycle in our club; our association will set an account for him to record the kart’s or the motorcycle’s reparation and charge. The account can’t be in debts. If the debt is more than RMB2000, our club has the right to refuse it to drive.      

七、              会员将车（包括卡丁车和摩托车）存放在俱乐部需缴交人民币170元/月的费用。期间，会员可根据俱乐部的安排，使用跑道进行练习而无须再缴交任何费用。

   The karts or motorcycles, which are kept in our club, should be paid. The charge is RMB170 every month. During this period, members can practice in the track without paying. 

八、              车主会员使用的轮胎和电油必须在赛会购买。在俱乐部存放的车辆使用没有赛会标记的轮胎将会被拒绝试车和比赛。

    The tires and petrol, which are used by the kart-owned members, must buy at the association. If the tires of the kart, kept in our club, without our association’s mark, our club has the right to refuse it to drive or race. 

九、              车主会员出车时，要到赛会大堂领取出车证交维修房，方可出车。出车时，会员必须穿着符合比赛标准的赛车服、赛车鞋、手套、头盔等。否则，俱乐部会拒绝会员试车。

Before the kart-owned member drives, he should get the permission card at the association hall first and then deliver it to the repairing-room. Members must wear the competition standard clothes, shoes, gloves and helmet. Otherwise, he will be refused to drive. 

十、              俱乐部提供专职的推车员和车辆清洁服务。

Our club provides pushing and cleaning karts service. 

十一、       一辆卡丁车只能登记一个会员。只有在车主会员传真授权或电话授权的情况下，车主会员的卡丁车才可被其他会员试用。

One kart can only registers one member. Only after the kart owner fax or telephone our club, his/her kart can be driven by other members 

十二、       车主需要将卡丁车运出俱乐部，必须自己亲自或致电赛会大堂办理运出手续。

If the kart owner wants to transfer his kart out, he must go through the formalities in person or over the telephone. 

十三、       俱乐部提供完善的摩托车场地训练服务。训练时，摩托车车手必须是俱乐部的会员或临时会员，对于外来的摩托车在俱乐部进行试车，收费为80元/日，150元/两日。而车手出车时必须穿着赛车服，摩托车的手把外露部份必须加装胶套，试车时摩托车要拆除大、小脚架。

Our club provides well-equipped courses for the motorcycle training. But the driver must be our club’s member or temporary members. For the outside motorcycle’s test run, the driver should be paid. The charge is RMB80 everyday or RMB150 for two days. However, the driver must wear the racing clothes. The brake of the motorcycle must equip with rubber cover and the motorcycle-stand must be removed. 

十四、       本俱乐部保留对修改会籍类别、条款和权益之绝对权利。

Our club reserves the right to revise the membership categories, items, rights and interests.
